NOTE – The Agents Module is a Supply Chain Insights Module in the system. It is an optional module and not all customers will have the functionality.

Agents are coded interfaces that can be executed as part of interactions with Tags in the system. They can be executed before a customer experience or after depending on the needed functionality.

Agents can communicate with any internal data or connect to external systems as necessary. There are some standard Agents in the system that can be used, or customers can create custom Agents.
