In the upper right-hand corner of the Content Screen is a face icon that can be used to update your User Profile information including name, e-mail address and passwords.  Mouse over the face icon and select Profile from the dropdown.

Password restrictions and requirements are unique to your environment and you will receive any limitations on size and content when you edit yours.
