Editing/Deleting Users in DIRX2 – ADMIN ONLY

NOTE – ANY USER MAINTENANCE WITHIN DIRX2 CAN ONLY BE DONE BY A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

To edit a user within a company, select Companies from the Navbar and select the company from the Company Overview Screen for which you want to maintain users by clicking on it.

If you don’t see the company you are looking for, you can use the page functions at the bottom right of the Company Overview to page through the list of companies, or you can use the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen to enter a search term. You can search by full name or any part. Once you have entered the search term, hit Enter on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass at left of the search box.

On the Company Details screen, expand the users section by clicking “Users” by or the circle next to “Users.”

Select a user by clicking on his/her name. You can edit any name information on the detail screen.

Resending Credentials to User

When you add a new user to DIRX2, the user receives an e-mail with information on how to login and a temporary password. If you need to resend that information, right click on the three dots under the Action column next to the user that you want to resend and select Resend Credentials.

The information to login will be resent to the e-mail address on the user.

Deleting a User

To delete a user, from the Users section of the Company Detail Page, right-click on the the three dots under the column header Action to the right of the User you would like to Delete and select Delete.

NOTE- BE CAREFUL IN DELETING USERS, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT BE RESTORED.
