NOTE – Anti-Counterfeiting is a Supply Chain Insights Module in the system. It is an optional module and not all customers will have the functionality.

The Anti-Counterfeiting Module of the system allows users to choose a method to determine if a particular product is authentic when a user interacts with a tag.

For each Lot that has the module active, each interaction will execute an authenticity check and will create an exception if the check fails. Through configuration, the check can lead to a different interaction with the consumer, notify responsible people in the organization, or populate an exception report.
